The food is lower than average, the service is bad, the tables are dirty, waitress are angry and unfriendly. The strawberry mild shake is basically water with ice. I dropped my fork and they charged me 3 euros for another one!
Unfortunately it was a very bad experience

Very crowd toward the afternoon, had a mishap with my order which I want no pork on but they gave us pork.
But gladly correct the mistake.
Lot's of room for improvement, but I'll be generous in my rating as faith that they will improve.

Had a Hawaiian pizza and a good drink. Customer service could have been better though but overall it's a great place to hang out and have some late night dinner. I would recommend that.

Top part chicken fillet burger with chips.
Can't fault it. The new improved recipe is really doing it. It makes it extra crispy. Food is fresh
Chips are really nice especially with chilli sauce. Worth a visit. Will be returning while I am on the island.

Horrible customer service from the cleaning lady with glasses. Am a regular customer at butchers grill. The always provide good food at reasonable rates. All I did was ask one lady there for an extra plastic spoon because my daughter dropped mine. This cleaning lady came in between and talked to me like I had asked for her personal things. She asked " where's your food? Did you buy food here?" In an extremely rude manner. First of all I didn't even ask her for the spoon I asked another lady who served me my take away. Secondly how can anyone speak like this to others let alone a customer. After this she talking to her friend staring and giggling at me. I spoke to the supervisor about this and I told her am ready to give a written complaint. I always try to make my orders with the expat ladies there because they are always courteous and cheerful.

The pizza and burgers are quite alright and affordable.
